These are the effects that play after you stop talking (mic pops, clicks, comm static, button sounds, etc.)

Sound Effects (Aug 16, 2017) - ZIP file containing sound effects like mic pops, clicks and static. Should be placed in the effects/ folder. UPDATED WITH ADDITIONAL SOUNDS FOUND IN EFFECTS2.ZIP

Startup Sounds

The startup sound plays when your TK-Talkie powers on. You can create your own or choose from one the pre-recorded ones below.

To use them, place them in the /sounds folder of your SD card and set your profile's startup parameter via the mobile app or by editing your profile with a text editor:

Sleep Mode Sounds

The sleep mode function has not been publicly released as of Oct 15, 2017 and planned for release soon. It will require a firmware update of existing TK-Talkies and will be the new standard firmware on orders purchasd through the store.

The sleep mode sound plays when your TK-Talkie powers goes to sleep after a pre-configured amount of time without activity has passed.

To use them, place them in the /sounds folder of your SD card and set your profile's sleep sound parameter via the mobile app (mobile app update coming soon) or by editing your profile with a text editor:

Background Loops

Background loops should be placed in the loops/ folder specified in your profile(s).

You can specify the background loop to use with each profile via the mobile app or by editing your profile file directly

[loop=TKLOOP.WAV]

NOTE: The background loops were obtained from Finger Chili, they were not produced in-house. They have been converted from MP3 to WAV format and the file names have been changed in order to fit on the SD card.
